Dr Eliza Patouris is a Lecturer and Researcher in Social and Educational Sciences at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of East Anglia, UK. During her doctoral degree she launched an employability programme for the students and alumni of the University.
Eliza is currently working as a European Project Manager and Trainer and has implemented 100+ hours of adult and professional development training in Cyprus and across Europe. She has developed and conducted training programmes in the areas of leadership, problem-solving, conflict management and team-building. Her key area of expertise lies in creative empowerment for managers and employees, offering tools and best practices that foster creativity, innovation and productivity in the workplace.
