This workshop is focused on anyone concerned with making positive changes in the workplace, either individually or as part of overall organisational change. Everyone is part of the drive to find a happier and more productive working environment and how they can contribute towards this.
Not everyone likes change. In fact many people are actively resistant to it. We look at how an organisation can implement change by empowering colleagues individually to implement plans and to be part of the solution.
We start by focusing on individual happiness before considering a range of workplace themes including the following: What’s the problem? The Psychology of Change; Communication Skills; Micro and Macro-Delegation; Behavioural Science & Concept Implementation; Responsibilities & Autonomy.
