This one day workshop is aimed at individuals who want to be more efficient and effective individuals in their own professional roles as well as becoming more valued and important members of their organisations.
Many colleagues only use a small amount of their knowledge, skills and competences in their working life. They are also lacking efficiency in productivity and time-management, unless guided. We need to develop individual and corporate behaviours through developing personal effectiveness.
This workshop focuses on a range of personal skills which we can all look to develop or improve, including: Time and Priorities; Emotional Intelligence; Developing our skill set including Problem-Solving, Improving Own Learning & Performance, Research.
