The Covid 19 pandemic has created an increased awareness of the need to attend to our physical and mental wellbeing. Stress is a major contributor to illness and much of it emanates from challenges found in the workplace. This motivational workshop is designed to provide learners with strategies that empower them to meet the common challenges presented in the workplace.
