WHO?

This one day training programme is aimed at all colleagues in the gambling industry responsible for safer gambling and player protection. This will include those in face-to-face interactions with customers, safer gambling teams and senior management responsible for safeguarding and compliance issues.

question
why?

The increase in regulation and closer scrutiny of the gambling industry means that colleagues need to understand the latest developments in the industry on a national and international basis. The importance of both legal and ethical behaviours is important for all companies, as well as the implementation of safer gambling policies and RG tools, alongside a greater awareness of player protection. The focus on problem gambling, addictive behaviours and pathways to recovery is also fundamental in running an empathetic and ethical business model.
