people
WHO?

With regard to good organisational governance, it is expected that Senior Leaders will be at the forefront of meeting this aspect of the ESG Challenge, and this training workshop is aimed at those wishing to get ground-level information on the key areas of developing strategy, implementing this on a company-wide basis as well as reporting on the key data and outcomes.

question
why?

Corporate Responsibility and Accountability are no longer simply desirable for a 21st Century company but are in many cases necessary legal aspects which must be observed. This includes a range of areas including compliance, anti-crime measures, transparency and board oversight. ESG has taken over from CSR as the most important three letter acronym in its vocabulary and measures should be adopted as soon as possible in all areas.

presentation
what?

Many aspects of ESG include Legal Behaviours regarding governance – Crime, compliance and governance are key drivers in the ESG list of considerations, along with financial reporting, audits, shareholder rights and avoiding conflicts of interest. This workshop addresses what organisations should be doing in order to ensure that they are adopting best practice in these key areas.
